Does DMC Ignition have a tach signal ?

I would like to know if there is a tach pulse available via the connector. I believe the unit is a dmc 2.
 
Yes and no. The unit is capable of providing a tacho-signal. However, it is disabled.

And before you ask: the Zane Tacho's use a rectangular signal, they can not cope with the ignition-plus coming from the coil. But there are tachos available that can. Have one on my Jota, I think it comes from a Yamaha with carbs from 1990 or 1991.

You can contact Uwe Witt to ask if he can open that connection on the software side. You might find it to expensive though, given the postal-costs etc.
