According to the Ducati SINGLES BOOK 1955-1974 by Ian Falloon ISBN978-1-845845-66-7 the Ducati scrambles first series numbers started in 1969 with the number DM35S350001 and the engine numbers ran from 05496-11051
The 350 scramblers made from 1971 - 1972 had numbers DM350S 352000-359000. The engine numbers went from 11051-22500 approx
So the bike is likely a late 71 or early 72
