Hi all, There is currently no East Anglian meeting venue. As there are several Laverdisti over here in the East, I've arranged a monthly pub meet. The Landlady, Penny, has agreed to host a meet at:
The Bell Inn, Castle Hedingham, Halstead Essex CO9 3EJ. Meet between 12:30 and 17:00 on the third Sunday of the month starting in April '22.
The traditional pub, with well worn floorboards and flagstones, is on the village high street with plenty of off road parking (gravel so bring a side-stand puck). The pub serves decent food and very decent ale with several guest beers available. Tea and coffee are also available. Some of the routes to and from the venue are favourite biking roads and the pub itself sits within view of the castle.
