EBC floaters on a 750 SF?

I saw these and contacted EBC to confirm fit and disc thickness but so far no reply. Has anyone fitted these to their SF and what's your opinion of them? Doesn't appear they ship to US possibly due to the tariffs.

I've used EBC rotors on 4 of my Ducatis and never a problem. You might try MG Cycle or Bev Hev and see if they have any over here. They are used on Ducs and Geese.

Thanks- All the rotors I've seen so far are crazy expensive (to me) at $300-$500 each, and this EBC is reasonably priced, but the distributor is saying it's for the triples, even though they share the same forks and brakes. I was hoping to hear from a Forum Member who bought them can confirm if they fit. Bev Hev doesn't have them and I'll try MG Cycle next.

I remember that there can be issues with the original speedo drive/cable when mounting the EBC discs., unless EBC changed the design in the meantime. Bevel Ducatis with their moped type Veglia speedo drive won’t have that issue.

agree with Marnix, being in Australia I don't get to see too many of the EBC Rotors but have come across a few bikes with them on and the Cable for the Speedo drive does indeed foul the inside of the EBC Carrier
One has to be rather inventive to solve the issue, involving files and time to gain clearance to tighten the retaining nut for the cable

Here we have access to a mob called Metalgear and they also have a store in Germany but does not help you of course being in USA
Brake rotors on your SF are the same as on a triple except your Rotors are solid where as the later Triple Rotors are drilled, left and right hand
Metalgear Rotors are Stainless and are very good, bought dozens of sets from them and been granted a tour of their set up

Follow this link, prices are in Australian $'s which has tanked after that Orange President in the USA with the comb over has started his Tariff war
Which makes them fairly competitive now worldwide

If you wish we can buy them here and then post them to you at a reduced declared value as it now seems anything we sell into USA you are going to be hit with a tariff cost, as it stands now of 10% but that could easily change at anytime depending on what side of the bed he gets out of in the morning

Good to know about EBC fitment issues since the web site info is limited.
My reasons for different discs than the 7mm Malcolm Cox rotors it came with is to find something thinner and lighter- do you know if these fit the bill?

7mm sure is a fat bit of metal. The 320mm semi floaters I use are 4.5mm.

I think Red's offer is extremely generous ... give it some serious thought. Metalgear replacements for the 998 Duc rotors I use look top notch and they're only AUD$290 ea.

I fitted the EBC rotors to my 120 Jota, after Levo in QLD organised a group buy. Only advantage over the metal gear offering is they are floaters. I had to muck around with the Speedo drive. Metal gear in QLD are very good, but are the 280mm solid mount ones, I would go metal gear.

EBC doesn't seem to know what they're selling, and now claiming that MD609LS/RS rotors are for the rear! Because they're stateside, I'm considering these rotors from Bevel Heaven in CA. I would prefer semi or full floaters but they're too pricey for me.
