It is. Egli 750s are lovely.
When you look at the detailing on the second photo, you've got arguments to negotiate the price. What a mess.

interesting to see the filler cap on the top tube, (not a dry sump engine) makes me think its a Fritz (Egli) Egli and not one of the 14 documented copiers or a Binnion, maybe one of the very first of the few Laverda twin chassis that he made?
but as Piet says, scruffy old bike, needs to be sorted by an artisan

Seller mentions that he he has a certificate from Fritz Egli.

I understood it’s an original but unnumbered Egli frame. This type with filler cap (acted as 2nd fuel tank) was the first version that Egli made. When raced, the ground clearance appeared to be limited and so Fritz Egli mounted the engine much higher. The spine tube no longer acted as tank on this improved version. As far as I know, only 2 of these improved frames were made in that period, talking early 70ies here.
