You have paid Gijs to work on your bike and you have riden less than 500km !!!
take it back to him and ask him to solve the problem, how would he know that something is wrong if you dont do this.

PS for what its worth, I would say your throttle slides are imbalanced, what method and equipment do you have to check and rectify this? I have had this problem on several bikes and never found the cause until I junked my crap three dail gauge setup and was lucky enough to obtain a very expensive bit of kit from a closing Yamaha/ Kawsaki dealership,(problem then solved due to much greater accuracy) that was in liquidation, this has only one gauge, but has a rotary six position valve, to switch from cylinder to cylinder, so no gauge accuracy problems, it is the dogs danglies, but like a lot of professional stuff it is already obsolete and even better kit is now available, but currently out of my price range
