any Jolta with orange body work and black frame is a fake in one form or another, since this colour combination was never offered by Moto Laverda.

and if you have red/blue anodised brake lines as well you might have to face a firing squad.
 
It'd been scratching away at the back of my mind, but I couldn't put my finger on what was bugging me about the front end.
Finally, I spotted it.
The fork sliders are RGS era ones, not 180° Triple ones. That, the bad copy bars and the Phillips screws holding the side panels on, make me think:
