Fck - SF losses compression

gasket installed around the wrong way?, but that wont bend a valve if that is the reasoin for it not closing.

yes exhaust valve stuck open -  i've come to grips that it'll need a complete inspection to make sure everything is good - oh well guess its me, a few thousand IPAs, CD player and a 750 motor for the summer

looks grim guys - valve on left side not seated/stuck open, cam scored, right hand piston sleeve scored , lots of carbon in that cylinder  - i suspect some kind of an oiling problem causing the seizer- fck

Sounds like over-heating from a valve that isn't/wasn't closing... insufficient valve clearance?  Eventually, the valve itself will severly overheat and sieze in the guide.  Liner scored on the other side can be a different issue.

Very difficult to fuck up the 750 oiling system.

Tappet adjustment - Good Point Piet.

In other words there wasn't any and the cam follower (Rocker Arm) kept the valve from seating and dissipating heat.
