Fitting wossner pistons for Laverda 500

Hi all
I'm looking for advice on fitting 75mm (instead 72) Wossner HC pistons to a Laverda 500. The engine displacement increases from 497cc to 539cc. Will the original cylinder liners be able to handle such a large increase in bore?

Mr Todd would know the answer to that question, if he had a little spare time.

I think most people that bore out the 500 fit new liners and also open up the top crankcase to accommodate the larger liners. I suggest you send a message to Andy Bartlett, or Phil Todd as they will be able to confirm the maximum safe size to over bore the original liners.
