footrest mounts

Here is a question does anyone know if the serrated foot rest mount on triple frames are the same as the adjustable handlebar joints???

Foot-peg mounts are about 29mm in diameter and the handlebar diameter at the serrations are about 25mm. The pitch on the serrations looks the same, hard to tell.

If you're swapping the handlebars and footpegs around, you must be more flexible than you look!

No Cam nothing that radical I just need to weld on some footrest mounts onto a frame that has had them cut off unless you knoe where I could get a pair??

Just had a look at a Brevettato handlebar and my non-original footrests that I used before I changed to rearsets. The Brevattato measures 26,3mm wide and the serrated footrest mount measures 30,2mm, so I'd say it won't work.

Maurice, what exactly are you looking for?
Do you want the whole swingarm pivot point incorporating the forward footrest mounts?
I have a redundant frame here and a grinder...

Hey Grant I have a frame that has had some cut and shut done, missing footrest mounts seat hinges pillion threaded sections do you have any pictures of your redundant frame you could email me??

I have the complete frame.
I can remove the hinges and footrest areas, but not sure what you mean by pillion threaded sections though.
Removing them will be cheaper than sending a whole frame to Oz.
