After 18 years of ownership, I've decided it's time for my 1972 Laverda 750SF to find a new home.
Given the current location of the bike, the background in some photographs has been digitally simplified for presentation only. The motorcycle has not been altered or retouched in any way. Original photos are available to confirm this.

The motorcycle has spent many years in Ontario and has recently been researched in some detail. It is a running, riding motorcycle, not a project.
Details
Frame: 750*9294
Engine: 750*9282
The mismatch has been known for many years and was discussed here in 2014.
Since then, I have contacted a previous owner who confirmed that when he owned the motorcycle in the early 1980s the engine and frame numbers did match. He also confirmed that he sold the motorcycle to Larry at McBride Cycle for vintage racing.
The exact reason for the engine change is unknown, but the motorcycle's history is documented as honestly as possible. Copies of the correspondence with the previous owner will be included with the motorcycle.
Condition
This is an honest motorcycle that presents well.
The engine runs well. Video confirmation is available.
The paint is a quality repaint in the correct early Laverda orange. There are three small paint chips. 2 are featured in the attached photos. There is a 3rd on the rear of the gas tank but limitations on the number of photographs prevented inclusion of this particular photo. Available on request.
It is not advertised as a concours restoration. It is a well-maintained, enjoyable early SF.
Documentation
Included with the sale:
CAD $12,500
The motorcycle is located in Barrie, Ontario.
I am happy to assist an overseas purchaser with shipping arrangements at the buyer's expense.
