If it's a PS 15, (there should be a number on the underside stamped into the metal, either 15 or 16), they are readily available. With a PS 16 I think they are not available anymore. The only solution would be to buy a PS 15 repair kit and re-use your old piston if still in good shape (normally, only the seals can't hold the fluid...). Or to replace the PS 16 by something like a PS 15 or better equipment (that then would not be original, but working...).

Mmmhh - not 100% sure... Can you measure the inner diameter or the piston? The ones I had had the size stamped on the under side or somewhere on the side

However, the casting number 10.2418.00 is the same as was used to make the 12mm master cylinder. So a very clever man might be able to bore it out to take a 12mm piston. And it looks like Paddy Ducati might have one of those ...

But honestly, probably best to do as Clem advises and buy another generic one.

I sort off like the look of it, I try to bore it out.. The bike needs to feel Laverda.. see iff I can make it.. The Alieexpress is working to offcourse....

11 is a bit odd, there were lots of 12's for Pantahs and linked brake Guzzi's, be care full if you bore it. It doesn't always work that it will be the same as a 12 , just like you cant bore a 14 to be a 15. I would just go for a coffin 11 as they are probably cheaper than the seal and piston kit and the rebore.
Past parts in the UK will bore it for you if you supply the master cylinder and the piston
