Glossary of Italian motorcycle terms

While working on my 1957 Moto Morini 175 I was dealing with an Italian manual and looking up what various technical terms meant was slowing me down a lot, so I took a little extra time and starting recording the English translations of the terms that I came across. I'm attaching the text file to this message. It's a work in progress. If any of you find it useful, great, but I'm hoping that the inevitable mistakes may be corrected by someone, and perhaps some additional terms added.

Thanks Eric
When I started working on my Laverda, my US version manual listed all the fasteners as Screw, Bolt, Nut, Washer. No sizing. I finally got a copy of a European manual that listed actual sizing.
Your txt file will come in handy.
thank you

I see that it has "albero motore" as the Italian for crankshaft.
I prefer the term I read in an Italian article a while back about some engine or other (I forget what make/model it was about).
They called it "albero a gomiti". The literal translation being "tree of elbows". That tickled my funny bone, which is appropriately located on the elbow.

I did a small Google translate when working on my Atlas Carb, if I had a printer making a rudimentary English translated manual would be a fun excise.
