I think I can supply the correct rounded ones.

Generic grommets are either too tight or too loose or too thick and have sharp corners that don't grip the sidepanel pins properly.

Hi Paul,

20 year old grommet measures approx 10,5mm inner diameter, 25mm outer diameter and 7mm thickness.

Thanks very much Gerald.
I measured my old ones and found 11mm inner, 25 outer, width at gorge is 15mm, thickness 8mm. Hole on the bike is 15.8mm.
So we agree.

I'll glue a couple of hooks on the inside of the panels to use an elastic band between them for security
