Great photos Paul, Gert and Sean! Best wishes to all of you and other fellow Laverdisti for a great year of riding ahead. These moments of anticipation of things to come help us get through these colder, darker times in the Northern Hemisphere knowing that the daylight hours are already lengthening. Those warm and sunny "Out and About" photos from our friends down under are a great reminder of what's to come, which fills me with optimism. Happy New Year!

This year, I'm going to try and better myself by embracing international cultures, starting with Finland and perfecting, for myself, their ancient and noble practice of Kalsarikännit. Worthy of anyone's time and effort I feel.

I did think for a moment that you’d completely lost the plot…..

Google informed me that your new practice is indeed a worthy ambition, and I for one hold you in high esteem for your dedication.

Due to a Finnish heritage, I too will work towards the fine art of Kalsarikännit.
