Petch's or Suggits both good, but bad for the waistline. The roads round here are great if you treat them with respect the B1257 is re-known for chaps of a certain age, throwing themselves at the scenery, the road surface on that particular stretch between Stokesley and Helmsley, isnt the greatest added to which areas under trees that stay wet and greasy, plus four wheel pilots approching you on your side of the road. finally the Boys in blue or more usually unmarked white vans with photographic memorys complete the picture. It is possible to have a Thrilling ride out but time and the place springs to mind, as a mantra.

Nothing could beat the Breganzie the 750 4 stroke 2 Cyl class. Yes the Breganzie 3 Cyl's did hold claim through the mid 70's in the 1000 liter class until 78 when the 4 Cyl 1000 Suzuki GSX-R appeared and put the Breganzie Factory into Bankruptcy.
In my opinion the Breganzie 750cc 4 stroke twin 750S followed by the SFC and commercial SF models where without a doubt the BEST 750 4 Stroke Twin Motorcycle ever made besting the Twin Ducati 750S and MV Agusta 4 Cyl 750S, perhaps updated to the BMW 800F twin today.

A 1200 Breganzie Twin is news to me.
By the way Jim I hope you get your BMW R90 750cc Boxer shaft drive up and running - Sweet ride - I had one. Probably the best 2 up Motorcycle I had. She's a ride not even your Wife would object to ;o)
