Help with Del,s

Any one tell me the lenght of the contecting wire or some times its soild on 32 Dell,s 1980 jota,the arms are not returning all the way so much so the thead ajusting screw (tickover)is not makeing contact with the flat arm unless i push it back, all i can come up with at this point is that these wire,s are to long ,there is to much play before the slides are lifting ,any help etc greaty app,should have had her Mot,ed etc last week ,cheers Ray. :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[,oh yes the slides are fully seated.unlce Bob forgot to drop of all his spares and dont really want to disturb the spacme frame to check.

If you have a look on the Dellorto web site you'l see that there are, if my memory is correct, three different leanths.

Are the carbs original, have they worked before, have you stripped then down and made sure aqll is correct before you change the cables?

After two seasons racing anything could have got mixed up or swaped,try to check on the Dell site ,cheers Ray,thing is i have no spare ones knocking about and i never throw any thing away.At first i thought the springs had been cut down to lighten for racing but have checked this out.maybe the French lads altered them,try to find out,Ray

73M you will need a f---king long tape measure

Ray - 73 or 76mm lift cables are listed.  The solid rod is 73mm.
