A credit to your perseverance to get it back literally from the dead, it must be part of your DNA Paul, knowing your working profession. A credit to Moto-Officina, they really do the goods. A credit to all the un-named you mention for helping along the way.

Paul,

Maybe it’s just me, but the front of the bike looks a bit odd.

The headlight seems to face downward, the rear of the fairing needs to be lowered. I’m afraid that new holes will need to be drilled in the fairing nose to correct it.

The stanchions of the forks look very long, but maybe that’s due to the wide angle photo. Then again it looks as if they possibly have mounted stanchions of a triple?

Generator light: I find them on Ebay now and then.

You're right Marnix.
I gave Angelo a set of triple forks. He said that he'd cut the stanchions down. I'll have to measure and put 750 stanchions in there if need be.
The fairing is a bit strange. I'll see what can be done, but nothing a hammer can't redress.

Yes, maybe with spacers you can correct the position of the fairing a bit.

I have the factory spec sheet for the forks Paul if you need anything looking up, but I may have sent you a photo copy some while ago, again, maybe, maybe, who's that on the phone again, what time is tea, wheres my pills(ner)?

Will look into it Marnix. I think a bit of wiggling and some spacers should work wonders.
Need to make the 3C roadworthy first. Carb synch, retorque the head. Ride.
Finish Corinnes 500 engine. Barrel back on, then head, then engine in frame, then all the bits which make it work.
Continue road testing the S to get carbs right.
Ride the Falcone some more.
Try the SFC on the road.

Do about 5000 km on the SF2 this Summer.

Then have a look at the front of the SFC next winter. Amongst other projects.
Next bike to restore is a 125 Sport with a burnt front end. Start of project next Winter.

Life is short, even when all's well.
