How many Monjuic Mk1

Just a quick question, I'm new to the group so I'm sure this has been asked before so forgive me but does anyone know the exact number of original Slater Mk1 Montjuics that were created?

Like the ‘Slater’ Jota there are lots of myths about the Montjuic. A handful of unsold F500’s were fitted out as Mark 1 Monty’s in the UK before the factory started to manufacture them as complete bikes and not just for the UK market. I will be surprised if anyone has an accurate figure of the total number produced, and of course since then countless 350 and 500 Alpinos have been converted to Monty ‘replicas’, some more authentic than others.

According to Clem, not all Montjuichs that left Slaters had all the necessary bits in.

and if those damned despatch records ever surface we might learn more, Andy J the Manx Mog is far more learned than me, but my own Mk1 Monty certainly did not have the right gearbox or cams. It was Slater supplied. Later on this seems to have become "the norm"

Better to purchase a Formula then. The going price is lower now than what's being asked for Montys.
