What is the minimum thickness for Brembo brake rotors ?

5.8mm for Brembo 300mm discs on my Guzzis.

Hi, in the Seventies our Austrian Laverda importer Sulzbacher offered not only to drill the Brembo brake rotors but also to machine them down to 4,5mm to save weight ;-)

Factory archives say 5 mm.

According to VOSA here in England' you can't throw out a brake disc on the MOT that is below the minimum thickness unless the disc is likely to fail
