Hydraulic clutch conversion on the Formula 500

Had a bit of a day yesterday converting the old cable to hydraulic clutch on the Formula 500.. bugger of a job getting the pushrod out but we got it..
Anyways, all good now but had to use the slave cover off Monty due to the DPO of the unit I had for this job stuffing around with the bleed nipple at one point and despite trying new ones in stock we could not get it to close when bleed pressure rose.. weeping both up the thread and up the spout as well..
So, I am hoping one of you might know where I could get a decent working Zane cover..?
I will need it soon when Monty rebuild completed so I would appreciate any help offered.
Thanks guys and have a good one..

Hi Ian, Try Alan Bell in UK? Andy Jessop Isle of Man. Hopefully you can find one in your country.

Why the rebuild?
Andy
Hi Andy,
The old hands need a hand sometimes.. ;) hydraulic gives a bit of support and gets rid of the cable issues.. adjust/lube all that..

I've got one from the write-off 650 Formula I rescued. I kept the front brakes and the hydraulics, you're lucky I'm lazy because I just pulled the entire clutch m/c, hose and cover in one piece, hence still having it.
The wheels and cush, rear disk etc were gifted to Red for his Scorch's, the rest of the bike gifted to Tacklerat in Mexico in exchange for a few beers whenever we meet up. Good deal for me. :)
I don't have your street address saved, send it to me by sms or message me on here and I'll bung it in the post tomorrow.
Cheers
Steve
