Identify 120 header pipes?

Is there any way to tell on 120 header pipes which are not on a bike to tell which one is left, center and right? They all look much the same.

I have been told this is a German made exhaust system. It is all stainless with 40mm header pipes which have no markings on them. It would save some time not having to fit and back off when I pick the wrong pipe.

Pending a more expert answer, try this:
Hang them next to each other on the end of your bench to see the difference.
The centre pipe is straight, the left and right are set so the bottom section past the bottom bend is rotated slightly outwards.

Stick them in the collector, spay them apart a bit (about the same distance apart as they would be on the bike), place a straight edge (spirit level) across the inlets. All three inlets should sit flat against the straight edge. Should be self-evident which one goes where if they are not.
