Can someone tell me the length of the plug leads for a tripple please

Cosi, mine are 33cm from the coil to the Bosch Bakelite cap.

Cosi, whoops, yep, I just grabbed the first one that came to hand. The 2 outer ones are 33cm, the inner one is about 23 cm. Hard to be completely sure, mine are originals and all twisted up; I can do the bit of string thing later if you want ultimate precision  .

But do remember shorter leads will advance the spark, due to it having less distance to travel and longer leads will retard it

Do the original coils on a series 2 have a course threaded pin the same as the plug caps?
