Instrument lights

I rode my newly put together Jota at night for the first time this week and found that the instrument lights only turn on with high beam (both instruments).  Have had a quick look at the wiring diagram to see if there is any obvious place to look but seems to me they have common +ve wiring linked to the lights regardless of whether they are dipped or high.  Before I start pulling wiring apart I wondered if anyone could think of a place to start looking.

Never easy to diagnose wiring issues as by now who knows what 'modifications' have been made in the past.

We can have a look if time permits next Saturday, suspect its where the input has been taken, reckon they have spliced into the that feed instead of the park light. Should be fairly simple to sort.
