Intermittent fault

Unlike wiring for mains powered appliances, there's no standard convention for wire colours on low voltage switches such as this. So the functions of each coloured wire may vary depending who made the switch. You'd expect red to be battery, but as for the others, who knows? Rather than relying on colours, check the connections with a multimeter for each switch position.

Good tip, if I'd followed that advice with the brake light id have saved a lot of time!

Kept it on the non-LED lights for a couple of km and no stalling. Going to pull the wiring apart tomorrow with those LEDs.

As it?s intermittent I?m assuming it?s just a loose connection associated with the LED lights being on.

Hey Carlo maybe your intermittent fault is related to the fuel pouring out of your float chambers???

Happy coincidence I think :D

The wiring for the LEDs was a little rough so tidied and did a few other tweaks. Also tucked everything away so less chance of stuff contacting the frame.
