just a note to remind prospective "goers" that booking for next years TT opened yesterday, cars, vans, and trucks, sell out fast, as in maybe a day or two's time, bikes sell out fast as well, maybe another month for desirable crossings, if you are lucky. You pay a deposit now, get invoiced in December and you have to cough up by end of January.
if you are even slightly thinking of going, BOOK NOW if you cancel you lose the deposit, thats all, no one has done it yet, but that is probably illegal, because for them to retain the deposit if you cancel, they have to prove that they were unable to re-sell your booking, well, thats English common law, maybe not applicable to the Isle of Man Steam Racket company, but I for one would put up a strong fight if I found myself in that situation, I did when I had to cancel the TT in 2016, because I had a double kidney transplant 8 weeks before the due off date, they started to fight, but buckled quickly.
