It took some time

Been a while since I have posted on here and also since I have been out on a bike. I seem to have lost some enthusiasm, hopefully it will return. At last I have Motodd that is on the road!

OK, details please. Is that a Kawasaki Ram Air fairing, love the see-through bits, Saxon fork with bell crank under the bike shock? Absolute stunner.

Hello mate great to the Motodd up and running. I missed you at Calne and didn't see a voicemail on my phone for a few days. Are you going to Baskers, hopefully see you there. That has to be the one we picked up in my van isn't it?

That is definitely not the bike I looked at back in 2019 young Jack😂 That would certainly motivate me to ride if that was in the shed. Good to hear from you big guy and I hope the missus and kids are doing well. You might have be a visit from me next depending on how things go .😊👍

Yep it is a zxr fairing. I am just about to put the mould and the fairing in the mould up for sale if anybody is interested. Need to clear some space.

Hi Terry no problem ref Calne. I saw your Jota there parked up in the usual spot! I am planning on going to Baskers and hopefully will have brought the bike up from Plymouth time permitting.
Yes that is the bike we picked up. You are definitely welcome to take it for a spin.

Have you shifted Scrumpy
Hi Mo,
No not shifted. That is my mother in laws house. I had 3 bikes/projects stashed in her garage. Sadly she passed away recently and the house will be on the market soon. So I need to shift them 150 miles to my place. Unfortunately I have no room so will need to shift some stuff on.
Hope that you are well.

Always admired the Mk4 and Mk5 Motodds, they have a very "factory" look to them. Even has a centre stand!

piet
Piet,
The centre stand has been deliberately twisted. As a result it is only stable on a flat surface. On an incline it rolls slowly backwards. In the pic you can see one of Lothar's side stands. Something that needs to be resolved unless I want to carry the side stand in my jacket!

Hi Tom,
Hope that you are well. It would be great to see you. You know that you would be welcome at any time. Family are well thanks, kids have almost left home and I have recently retired. Loving it!
That is not the mk4 that you saw. Paul Curtis's bought that and did a really nice job on it.
