note how easily the coiled part of the spring fits over the shaft, unlike my recently purchased item from Slaters where it has to be tapped onto the shaft with a box spanner, this opens the legs and is unacceptable in all areas including CHANGING BLOODY GEAR! I have yet to fit the spring supplied as an alternative my Keef McJock
