Not sure if this helps if you had a donor base for the seat Mark at dragon seating https://dragonseating.co.uk/ has done two seats for me one on a one off bike and one on a triumph scrambler. These were both in leather with custom foams made and stitching as required. He has all the foams high, medium, and soft density and vinyl needed and can pretty well do anything he is reasonable with his pricing.
