Jota Rear grab rail

Are you intending to restore it to something approaching original, or are you building a special?
Either way, the grab rail isn't going to help much as the frame sits now because the shock mounts (the other attachment point for the grab rail) have been moved. Those mounts are way further forward than Laverda ever put them.
Since you've lost both reference points for the grab rail, perhaps a better plan would be to reinstate the lugs on the ends of the frame tubes (see drawing below) and then use the grab rail to locate the shock mount.
The attached 3C frame drawing isn't much help because it doesn't give you the position of the shock mount. It does give the location of the lug on the rear end though. I think it's the same for all 180° triples, but hopefully someone can confirm that.
If you let us know what you're trying to achieve (upright or forward leaning shock?) I'm sure we can come up with some dimensions to reinstate the original shock mount if you want to do that first.
You've also lost the seat hinges and latch (assuming it's a 3CL frame) and possibly a bunch of other stuff.
I can take whatever measurements you need off my 1976 3CL frame (vertical shock) and produce a dimensioned drawing of the arse end of the frame if that's any help.
