Laverda 100 parts.

Hi,
I have an 4-speed engine with bent starter shaft and broken part on gear shifter.
not sure if it is complete, but certainly good for spare parts.
I whant 60 € for it, but I think shipping and tax and so on from Austria to UK might be even more
regards
Gunther

3- or 4-speed? Main or layshaft? Which year?

I am searching for a 1st gear 36T part no. 193cs and a 2nd gear 31T part no. 192cs for a 1956 4 speed 100, they fit on the mainshaft.
I am not an engineer so forgive my ignorance but how do you replace the individual gears on the layshaft as it is one solid piece.

Yes, unfortunately bringing large parts into the UK has become rather expensive and complicated, sorry forgot to mention I am based in the UK.

Not your ignorance Dean, mine... Of course, the layshaft is all one big lump.

I don't have any 4-speed bits spare, only 3-speed, sorry. The 4-speed gears carry a "CS" suffix in my parts list, doesn't look like much interchanges.
I'll count some teeth this evening nevertheless.

Hi Dean, sorry, I can not help, because these would be my last gear parts.
But Wilfried ("Luigi" on this forum) will get in contact with you - he has the gears you are looking for.
Ciao, Gert

Hi Dean,
as announced by Andy J and Gert I can offer you the gearbox parts.
As some people on the Forum know I bought all the spare parts for Laverdino, Laverda 75 and 100 of Cor Dees and I stocked up at my numerous visits at the Mostra Scambio/autojumbles in Italy.
Do you need any more, a set of gaskets e.g.

Regards
Wilfried

You are very wellcome.
If you are not in hurry maybe I can bring the parts with me in May when I come to UK which maybe with luck saves the border fee.
Otherwise I send them by post.
