Hi, I have a BOSCH H4 200mm headlight for sale, as mounted to the early LAVERDA 1000 3C. It is in very nice condition, no dents, some small scratches and one small extra hole in the shell, all original, even the reflector and the special paint, NOS chrome headlight rim, all internals there. Nearly all the early machines have been restored.
I sold my 200 mm a couple of months back.

The bottom had fallen out of the Laverda market, at least as far as people who know the bikes goes. Sometime a newcomer pops up.

Market still seems fairly buoyant in UK. The pranged jota on eBay went for £8700 and an up together low mileage one topped out at £16,769 (reserve not met) !
Christ knows how much he is after.

We're in the lucky to be alive category now.
(The UK is more surrounded by water than it has been in centuries, not really an indicator)

I've been looking for the lens for the 200mm headlight for a long time without success, anyone got just the glass they'd like to part with?

Hi Phil, there were two versions of the lens for the 200mm headlight of the early 3C. The very early version of the lens is for bilux lamps, the later and more common is for H4 lamps. Which one are you looking for? Ciao, Gert

Thanks Gert, I had not known there were these options - it has a reflector with the spring wire clip mount for H4 and with parking light bulb and I've been hunting for Bosch part number 1305605101 as the lens. I can see where the reflector part number square label has left some glue residue but that label is long gone!
Bike is January '74 build, disks, no oil cooler.
