Can anyone tell me which 1000 3c seats where originally made with GRP, I thought they all came with a metal base

I think it was the early ones straight after the drum brake bikes. Could be wrong though.

1456 has a metal seat base,luckily in really good condition. Next step, off toEldorado seats

I have seen both fibreglass and metal bases for 1974-75 3C seats
