LAVERDA 1000 V6 Brochure

Hello friends, I have been collecting original LAVERDA manuals, spare parts catalogs, books and brochures for more than 30 years and now have a large archive. So far I have missed a very rare brochure: The production of a LAVERDA 1000 V6 Replica was announced by MOTO LAVERDA and advertised with a brochure. It is very nicely designed and has a total of 20 pages. Giulio Alfieri wrote the foreword. Now I finally have this V6 brochure in my collection.

Hi Gert,
you must be very happy to get one of the rare V 6 brochures. I ones told me that you collect those items and sometime you sell.

The V 6 looks a bit empty in the brochure without decals.

The V6 part of that engine, crankshaft, conrods, pistons, heads were complete. It quickly became clear that this was the first running engine with smaller inlets that was tested and put aside, when a second engine was made, the one that?s still in the Laverda family?s machine.

In 1991 they took this engine, didn?t even open it, but they clearly didn?t have a clutch and many of the gearbox internals were missing.

Now you're exaggerating, I only had them for 24 years Gert  :D

But yes I usually have a lot of doubles of brochures, manuals, original photographs etc. Only not actively selling them.

here are my two, shall we start a club Marnix, the double V6 brochure club!, I bet it wouldn't be long before Gert was in there, but then again..........

you too could have a V6 brochure if you so chose Paul, my old mate, everything is negotiable, but I suspect that the modest Mr Marx has one, but doesn't declare it, unlike Marnix no one has offered to buy my spare.
