I'm talking crap as usual. Both my SF2 and S gear levers measure up at 170mm, however early GT is 200.Hi Paul,
It’s a 1976 sf3, it came with one about 100 mm long which I never tried as I thought it was to short, I dhad a replacement about 150 long but tried to straighten it and snapped it like a dork, it seemed correct
RH gearchange SF3? Innaresting - all the ones that came into Australia were crossover left foot change. IMO ergonomically you can't get a good gear lever and footrest pos without using a linkage as per rearsets. I went the triple (short) gear lever on my SF1 so i could rotate the pegs back, but it was not a nice smooth shift - angles and lever ratio all wrong.Hi Paul,

I tried that but I may have ruined it as I’m pants at Ali welding,, ii’ll do a bit of tidying and see if it’s salvageable.I'm talking crap as usual. Both my SF2 and S gear levers measure up at 170mm, however early GT is 200.
The one that you snapped straightening it will weld up though. I had the same problem with brake and clutch levers.

I’m having. Trouble getting the position right, the lever always hits the exhaust (they are not stock but I’ve managed to get a. Stock set) I also have rask rearsets but I find them just ok.RH gearchange SF3? Innaresting - all the ones that came into Australia were crossover left foot change.
