A friend gave me 3 very cool Laverda books to compliment my "Laverda Bible" by Tim Parker and Phil Todd:
Laverda Gold Portfolio, Laverda by Raymond Ainscoe, and Laverda Bible by Ian Falloon
The Gold Portfolio contains several reprinted magazine articles written back in the day, and I remember how special and rare Laverda was to me back then (it still is).
Rode my SF2 750 to a local vintage bike meeting today and got lots of compliments- there's only a handful of running Laverdas here in Portland-

It is easy to believe the scarcity of Lavs there in Portland; here in Chicago I know of two owners with four bikes total. And rumors of a single Lav I saw in a parking lot 10 plus years ago.

There are five owners I know w/ about a dozen Laverda in the Chicagoland area including you! We've always had an interesting import market for bikes & cars-
