Laverda brake disk

The idea came from a member of Finnish Laverda club. I did the design work (Laverda text layout) and produced the drawings. Then another club member had couple of sets manufactured for testing. More will be made later...
The disk itself is pretty basic. It is a direct copy of an existing disk used in many Laverdas. Then the matter of Laverda text. There is relatively little space for the letters. The holes can't be too small or they would not serve any practical purpose. Also they can't be too close to each other. If the holes were bigger or further apart, the text wouldn't be readable. So, the result is a combination of practicality and appearance. Part of the letters have been cut off, but it still reads LAVERDA.

I like it! What brand or type of rotor and is it lighter than the solid cast irons?

Bling!! But that will create wobbly braking cos the letters all have different coefficients of friction 
The disk rotor has been laser cut from a sheet. It is 5mm thick. I don't know the weight, but I will ask; this one vs. solid 6mm cast iron disk.
