Interesting rigid rear suspension modification of that Garelli badged for the USA market version of the Laverda 125 single otherwise sold in the USA as the American Eagle Renegade 150 by Macormack.
 
I agree it was more or less the start of the Massimo era, but apart from that I think they are ugly and slow..

Ugly is a matter of taste.
Slow allows you to admire the scenery and be admired as you go by.
The 100 is also slow, not the 75. I imagine that the 200 is pedestrian.
Fine bikes nonetheless.
It was Piero Laverda who told me that it was Massimo's first engine.
