hi
left hand nd switch gear, sold on ebay last week ?147 secondhand, listed in ducati bevel spares but the same as laverda and suzi gs750.got three brand new sets and several secondhand sets may have to sell some soon if the prices stay like this, also got two new rh sides with twist grips, bought these as spares a while ago but now seem too dear to keep more than one set as spares.

You've gotta wonder haven't you. A mate of mine is doing up a Yamaha XS 650 and in the process is converting the crank to 277 degrees. He bought a new wiring harness for $80, ignition for $120 and a number of genuine parts for various lesser amounts.

Does this mean that the average Ducati bevel owner etc is as dumb as duck shit because they can't extrapolate a "part" used on an Italian bike to the Japanese source? I hope not but when someone pays this much for something which is probably available elsewhere cheaper you begin to wonder. Isn't this one of the reasons forums exist?

These crazy cashed up bevel boof heads are making life very hard for themselves.

I was surfing today looking for a single left ND grip to match the one on my twistgrip. Didn't find any new ones but I did find a seller who said if I did a "buy it now" on a single used grip he'd throw in a collection of used grips, supposedly enough to keep me and all my friends supplied with grips for life. The hell with that! I went straight up to the local Ferrari dealer and put in an order for the most expensive one they can get, whatever it is! I'm rich at last :D!

These don't look too bad

They also stock the Doherty.

I like the Arietes from Wolfgang. They have a raised bar on the throttle grip, kind of like a built in cruise control.

I might be a bit late, but I have just purchased a left hand grip from Slater Laverda, 01885 410295 and it cost just over ?12 plus postage, the right hand one is about ?24 as I recall.
