Mrs A14RGS and I are currently spending a few weeks in Australia and, whilst I reluctantly agreed that it wouldn't be a motorcycle holiday, I couldn't let the opportunity pass to make a surprise guest appearance on my old mate MT :)

After months of secret planning with Maurice's wife, he was completely unaware of our plans, so it's safe to say that I've now added a few more words to my Aussie vocabulary!

Priceless! I'd have liked to see Maurice's eyes as you came round the corner. He probably forgot to turn off the high beams!

That's a damn fine offer Rob, thanks.
We'll be arriving into Perth by train on Saturday morning and fly out on Monday, so sadly time is against us - I've already arranged to catch up with a mate for beers and we've a few other bits and pieces planned for our short stay in WA.

It goes to show that global Laverda friendship is for real and I'm pleased to have been the recipient as well as the host on various occasions 🏍🍻👍😊

Thanks Cam, yet another very kind offer, but sadly there just isn't time to fit it all in with the limited time available 😕
 
Mrs A14RGS and I are back in Aus for a month - lots packed into a busy agenda, but great to spend a few days with Maurice and Debbie Turner and family in Torquay, Vic.

Today, Maurice and I dodged the showers and gave a couple of his bikes a good airing, further emphasising the extent of global friendship within the Laverda community.
