yes, but if she wet off track just a couple of degrees we might find the pacific ocean emptying itself into spain. at least that would make their debt problems irrelevant.

First three feet completed. I think my calculations are correct but if not, watch out, Henry, the Pacific's mighty big... 





On second thoughts, it's rather nice here this week - first blossom sighted today on the way into town, crocuses out, birds a-twitter and the first plump Spanish strawberries were delicious at lunchtime. Plus I hear things can get a bit shaky down Wellington way...

our crocuses are very sensibly still having a quiet kip deep in the ground. we haven't even got snowdrops out yet!!
