Laverda Paradies gone quiet!

Has anyone tried doing business with Laverda Paradies in Germany recently. I ordered a part over a month ago and got the confirmation of order, but have been unable to contact them since. I've sent emails, faxes and tried calling them. If you call them you get a recorded message which is pretty useless unless you speak German. Anyone had any contact with them?

I used to get an email around this time saying they were closing for summer hols. But I'd expect that info to be showing on the website.

They are closed 02.08 - 13.08. Next delivery-day is the 13.08.
Green Line - Holidays
Red Line - closed
Blue Line - they make Parcels.
