LaverdaForum 2021 Calender - Preview and Ordering

Now, how do we get rid of the hole in the calendar part of the calendar?

Because there are some precise and careful Ducati riders here in the forum, we had expected this question.

For those who do not want a hole in the lower edge of the calendar, we also offer a "professional-set" of 12 white round punched paper pieces with which you can close the holes exactly to fit.
The set costs additional EUR 2.40.

For those who are not that skilled, there is a "starter set" with 12 white round labels to close the holes, each measuring 2 cm diameter.
This set costs additional 5.00 EUR.

If you have no manual skills at all, you can also book one of our female hostesses for 5.800 EUR (plus travel expenses and hotel costs) who will assist you (one day) with this work.

125 calendars have been ordered as of today.

I'll start now with sending out individual payment requests to you. I'd appreciate, if you could pay the calendars soon, as I would like to send them out in one go.

I'll not send though, if a calendar hasn?t been paid for.

Cheers
Jo

Then you are one of the good guys, less cats to herd.  (bigthumb)

Requests for payment has been sent to all who've ordered calendars.
12 folk have already paid - thank you for that!  :-*

Well, it's been less than 10 hours since I posted my first call for payment.
In the meantime over half of the folks (31 of 56) have paid, thanks for that, I'm impressed!

So there seems to be some light at the end of the tunnel that it won't take much to seal the deal!

Cheers

I have not received any e-mail from you, Jo  ???

Arne

Hi Arne, pls check your PMs - following my 'sent items' you should find all relevant information there!
Or send me an e-mail to jo.pohl@gmx.net ...
:)

Current payment status:
4 folks announced to transfer  :)
7 folks are open - no feedback yet  :(

Cheers

One year (first year of organising it) one person didn't pay until March.
Of course I was trusting and had sent out all the calendars ahead of payment.
In fact there were more than a handful that year that took some weeks (after receipt of calendars) of chasing to send the payment.
This is why it is important to pay first, it makes the organiser's task much simpler.

Calendars ordered:  133
1 add. copy requested, but not ordered (yet)

Current payment status:
53 folks have paid
4 folks announced to transfer  :)
2 folks haven't responded at all - no feedback yet  :(

Cheers

That's not a bad success rate. You may never hear from the last straggler. I'd suggest you issue him with a deadline, after which you'll make his calendar(s) available to someone else. It seems there are always late-comers who want a calendar after all the ordering is finished, so hopefully you won't be stuck with a bunch of unsold calendars.

Have you started mailing them yet?
