I still have fond memories of the Pyrenees tour.
Unfortunately, my 3c no longer ignites on the outer cylinders since last Friday. How good that it didn't happen in the middle of nowhere on that tour.

What ignition system you using Jo?
Few months back my Motodd fail on the centre cylinder luckily only 4 kays from home. On the way back the outer cylinders failed 3 kays later.
The Sachse box failed. Red sent me a new box from his spares. Sent it back Sachse for repairs as I no longer have any faith in the system so a spare box in the tool kit was the plan. Problem was Sachse said it never arrived even though the tracking number says it was delivered.
I'm 120 kms from the nearest town n/w and 70 kms from the nearest town east so am fairly remote to be stranded by the side of the road.
If I'm going out to the wheatbelt for w/e runs I take the BM as I trust it to get me home, and the bush track options I have when leaving home.

Thanks Tom,
in the Pyrenees we did something over 2000kms. With the 3c I did 14.000kms altogether since I got it in 2018, thereof 7.000kms since the engine revision.

Rob,
my 3c received an entire new wiring loom and DMC ignition, all installed by Uwe Witt in 2018. I would of course also be interested in why this error has occurred now, after all, distrust is a bad companion on the road. So far I only measured, that the PVL twin coil doesn't show resistance figures as specified (0.6 Ohm / 8.7 kOhm).
