Lobotomy needed for one of our Laverda friends

I raced a 78 or 79 Bonnie in the Castrol 4 Hour in Perth for the West Oz importer; was running alright - until it lost half it's head/barrel bolts and I noticed a lot of hot oil pissing all over my legs. Took a lot of metal off the exhaust system on both sides, scraping pretty viciously on both sides. A punter came up to me in the pits and said seeing me leaning it to the limit and dragging the pipes made his day.

The problem with my Triumphs was I tried riding them like a Laverda, they didn't like that at all.
