+1 for Ding Dong. They only charge about £3 whereas some on eBay have them up for £12+.
 
OK Perry and Sideshow, I saw a similar sticker on eBay but it was reversed. Black text on Silver and they were $8 each plus $4 shipping.
I will check out "I say ding dong"
