Magneti Marelli starter 079950800 Ducati wanted

I am after a starter motor for a square case Ducati. It was made by Magneti Marelli.

Please let me know if anyone can help or has a contact who may have one...

Anthony at Bragg's electrical at Carlingford station might be able to fix your old one.

Maybe of no use but I had an SSD way back when. Starter motor sulked and wouldn't spin. I worked with a company Electrostart Ltd in the UK then who refurbed starters. The brushes were from a Fiat, I think 126 rings a bell as was the body I believe. Cleaned up the armature and sorted for pennies.
