Marzocchi fork rebuild

I am rebuilding the forks on my 1981 180 Jota. On disassembly left and right were assembled slightly differently, must have made an error in my last build about 25 years ago. So found this diagram, but it seems neither fork has item 37!
Is it an issue? And is this the right order of assembly?

Mine are the same as yours, never had any issues with them.
