Modified Ceriani Fork Cap design...any interest or comments (even relevant ones)

I think you'd be getting into the realms of 'too complicated = too time-consuming = too expensive' to make.

My intent was to be able to make a simple and cheaper part on one machine, I don't have live tooling, my machines are the same age as my RGS. While I encouraged comments I am a not believer in design by committee. The forum norm is to get so far off track that the original subject is buried. Since the project is a "what if" it can easily fade away. I am not a suspension guru so I just throw out a few crumbs...

Totally understand, MotoV ... that was exactly what I was trying to point out. Keep it simple.
