Here is a video while burning a new hexagonal hole.
I sheared a hex key in the countersunk axle screw retaining the drive sprocket. The screw socket was damaged so I decided to burn a new one.
On a 44 kW Zero electric motor shaft from a 2014 Zero S. The motor was being dismantled to replace bearings.
(The non-magnetic motor dismantling/assembly jig I had to fabricate was also interesting).
